Pricing: IT Services & Special Options
IT Services and Proactive Support
Beyond Networks customers are small to medium-sized businesses and organizations, many of whom do not have their own Information Technology (“IT”) staff. Beyond Networks, therefore, provides IT services (networking, hardware, security, software, website development, training, and other listed services), as needed, billing by the hour. Rates depend on skills and expertise required.
Initial Consultation – Introductory meetings with new clients to discuss services and determine the client’s needs are free of charge
Onsite Service – Our technicians come to you, allowing faster and more personalized service. This allows us the opportunity to learn more about how your system works so that we can provide efficient service and equipment tailored for your unique company. Remote Support via LogMeIn and/or Terminal Services – To save time and costs, this service allows our technicians to access your system to provide maintenance without the necessity of an onsite visit. The LogMeIn feature also allows you to log into your computer remotely.
Telephone and Email Support – We charge for telephone and email support that takes more than a total of 1/4 hour for that particular day. Unless we are working with other clients, your calls and emails will be answered promptly.
After-Hours and Weekend Support – We are available for after-hours and weekend support when emergencies arise, and also for scheduled IT work to avoid downtime for business critical systems.
How We Bill – Offsite services are charged at 1/4 hour increments. Onsite appointments are billed a one hour minimum charge. You will be billed at a reduced rate for travel time for service calls only outside of the New Orleans metropolitan area. Invoices are sent bi-monthly via email or regular mail and are due upon receipt.
